About

“Let food be thy medicine,
and medicine be thy food - Hippocrates”

Working as a Mental Health Social Worker and becoming a mom has inspired Cassandra’s passion for helping women improve their mental health (gut health!) through nutritional and lifestyle changes. Pouring from an empty cup, especially during this difficult time is only possible for so long before it starts to impact us negatively. We have control over so little, except for what we eat! Luckily so much of health can be improved in the kitchen!

Meet Mrs. Sweet

Cassandra’s passion for health and wellness has always been at the forefront of her interests and educational studies. Things took a turn for the better when she and her husband started preparing to grow their family in 2017. With a family history of reproductive health issues, years of struggling with hormonal imbalance, leaky gut, and food sensitivities, Cassandra turned to food and natural healing modalities to get to the root problem and prepare for the birth of her son in 2020.

Cassandra changed her diet slowly by finding healthier versions to her favourite cravings. She later starting swapping most of her traditional household and personal products for non-toxic alternatives and continues to make small changes everyday.

Cassandra has 8 years of post-secondary education and obtained bachelor degrees in Honours Psychology and Social Work. Cassandra has been a registered Social Worker since 2016. She has spent the last five years advocating for families and providing counselling services to children and youth as a mental health clinician in various schools across Greater Moncton. Cassandra is thrilled to now be serving her community as a Naturotherapist and Registered Holistic Nutritionist.

As a social worker, Cassandra has walked beside clients at every age and walk of life. No matter where you are on your journey to creating a healthier and sustainable lifestyle, Cassandra is your girl.
